Michael Pelliccio is the President of the Board of Directors since 2000 and has been a member of the Board since 1987. Mr. Pelliccio is an active member of the United States Coast Guard.
John Giglio is the Vice-President of the Board of Directors and has been a member of the Board since 1991. He is a Retired US Naval Officer with 20 years of active duty.
Gary Pretlow is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors since 2006 and has been a member of the Board since 2000. Assemblyman J. Gary Pretlow was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1992 to represent the 89th district, which includes Mount Vernon and Yonkers. Prior to his election to the NYS Assembly, Assemblyman Pretlow presided as President of the Mount Vernon City Council.
Bernice Boston is the Secretary of the Board of Directors since 2006. Ms. Boston is retired from the NYC Housing Authority where she worked for 17 years.
Steven Mathieu is the Assistant Treasurer and has been a Board Member since 2006. He is a retired fashion retail executive and has worked with such companies as Oscar de la Renta, Bottega Veneta and Celine. He is also a film maker and musician. Currently, he teaches and consults in the fashion industry and performs as the Kid Blast Sound System.
Pamela Potter is the Assistant Secretary and has been a Board Member since 2012. She is now retired from working as a legal assistant for one of the top five law firms in the country and worked there for over 20 years. She is currently working with Melaleuca, part-time as a Director.
Ruben de la Concha is the Director at Large and has been on the Board of Directors since 2008. Currently, Mr. de la Concha serves as a Senior Security Consultant, consulting in the development and implementation of Comprehensive Emergency Management Planning and Security Management. He is also a NYS Licensed Private Investigator and a Criminal Justice Professor. He is retired from the NYPD, where he served over 20 years as a Detective Investigator.
